The Glendale Educational Foundation Diamond Awards Committee seeks to honor outstanding individuals who attended Glendale Unified School District. We will honor individuals who have made significant contributions in our three areas of focus – Visual & Performing Arts, Science & Technology, and Health & Physical Fitness. You may also wish to nominate an individual who best embodies the goals of our GEF mission through their significant achievement as an entrepreneur or innovator, their significant philanthropic service, or their significant achievements early in their career.
Consideration for Nominations
1) Complete and Submit Nomination Entry Form
2) Provide a written nomination statement or letter addressing how the nominee has made significant contributions in one of the three focus areas
3) Provide demonstrated evidence of why nominee is deserving of an award (suggested examples of evidence include honors or awards given to nominee, articles or publications written about nominee, resume of nominee)
4) Nominee must have graduated from a Glendale Unified School District High School
5) Submit all necessary forms and documentation by deadline to be considered
