2026 Diamond Awards Nomination Form

The Glendale Educational Foundation is now accepting nominations for its Diamonds Awardees.

We proudly honor outstanding alumni of GUSD who have excelled in their chosen professions and made meaningful contributions within our three core areas of focus: Visual & Performing Arts, Science & Technology, and Health & Wellness.

We also invite nominations for individuals who exemplify the mission of GEF through exceptional achievement as an entrepreneur or innovator, distinguished philanthropic service, or significant accomplishments early in their careers.

An individual who has demonstrated Entrepreneurial/Innovation excellence – Paragon Diamond Award
